What you may want to ask us
Why not just Zoom / Skype?
  • not all browsers support screen-sharing without plugins - e.g. Internet Explorer doesn't
  • screen-sharing is heavier in terms of data transfer which might lead to lags, video buffering and an overall worse experience for your client, especially if he's on a mobile phone.
  • screen-sharing is of lower quality than PDF sharing
  • screensharing carries the risk of showing something that we do not want, e.g. browser tabs, instant messaging notifications

Prezcall is growing in strength and power, i.e. new features to increase your sales and cold calling even more

Being involved in a product or service is always biased, to a greater or lesser extent. That is why we constantly and carefully listen to what the people interested in the product and its users tell us.
Based on this, we make decisions about introducing new functions, because we want to release things that will be really useful.

Embed on your website

We have added the ability to anchor Prezcall on your website. This way, during the conversation, you just direct the client to your website and use Prezcall from there. It’s an even easier path for your audience and your branding.

Highlighting/drawing

While presenting, participants may have more questions or there is the need to clarify something. You can use highlight or drawing functions to emphasize the most important content.


Chat/file sharing

There is a chat function which includes files sharing. You can talk to your client via the chat, but also send any documents, images, presentations directly from Prezcall, no need to switch to other tools.

Files upload

You can easily upload a file directly from your desktop and present it on Prezcall. But you don’t need to do that each time — there is files library and you can use it for all your calls.

Workspaces

If you have a company account, there is no need for each participant to sign up separately, there is one workspace for all.
